Rubaru Group’s model and Rubaru World Beauty Queen India 2019 titleholder, Nakita Tania Fernandes from the Indian state of Goa will represent India at the upcoming edition of international modelling competition – World Beauty Queen scheduled to take place from August 16, 2019 to August 28, 2019 in South Korea. The world finale of the said international fashion festival will take place on August 27, 2019 at KBS Arena in Seoul, South Korea.
World Beauty Queen is an international modelling competition based in South Korea. The pageant is owned by South Korean entrepreneur and pageant guru, Ricky Junghoon Jun. He is one the most successful pageant owners in South Korea and has played a vital role in taking the South Korean pageant industry to a new level. The current winner of World Beauty Queen pageant is Russian supermodel, Alisa Manyonok. She won the title last year in South Korea and is often regarded as one of the most beautiful models the world has ever seen. At the conclusion of this year’s event, she will pass on her crown to her successor.
Nakita hails from the city of Saligao in the state of Goa. She is a model and a student at Saraswat Vidyalayas Sridora Caculo College of Commerce and Management Studies. This 19 year old beauty queen stands 5 foot and 6.5 inches tall and has black hair and black eyes. Earlier this year, she participated in the annual Rubaru Miss India Elite beauty pageant and was crowned Rubaru World Beauty Queen India 2019 by last year’s titleholder, Agrima Grover. Winning this prestigious title awarded Nakita the rights to represent India at World Beauty Queen 2019 pageant. Prior to winning the Rubaru Would Beauty Queen 2019 title, Nakita was a runner up at Miss Goa 2018 competition organized by the biggest media house of Goa, The Neutral View (TNV).
The Rubaru Miss India Elite pageant is an annual beauty pageant in India. It was created by Rubaru Group in the year 2004 making it one of the oldest surviving annual beauty pageants in India. Since, the pageant’s inception in the year 2004, the pageant has sent India’s representatives to more than 10 different international beauty pageants and holds the record of being the only Indian beauty pageant to be associated with maximum number of international pageant organizations.
This year’s World Beauty Queen competition will commence on August 16. Models from different parts of the world will travel to South Korea to take part in this international extravaganza of fashion, glitz and glamour. During the 12-day-long fashion event, the candidates will take part in a series of photo shoots, fashion shows and preliminary challenges. They will get judged on various parameters like ramp walk skills, grace, poise, confidence and personality to name a few. The best performing candidate throughout the pageant will get proclaimed as the competition’s winner at the world finale on August 27. The winner of the pageant will attend various fashion and social events during her tenure with World Beauty Queen organization. Apart from election of the new year, various other special award winners and runners up will also get awarded at the final event of the pageant.
